• Size Code 3: 111–120 beans per 100g
• Size Code 4: >120 beans per 100g

Quality Requirements:

• Mouldy beans (non-mycotoxin):
  • Extra Class: <3%
  • Class I: <3%
  • Class II: <4%
• Slaty beans:
  • Extra Class: <3%
  • Class I: <5%
  • Class II: <8%
• Other defects (insect damage, germinated beans, etc.):
  • Extra Class: <2.5%
  • Class I: <3%
  • Class II: <5%
